Gives Back initiative. Started in 2020, Catch Co. Gives Back supports the company’s mission of “rescuing people from the indoors” by providing financial support to non-profit organizations that do great things in society through outdoor sports like fishing.

Freedom Fighter Outdoors (FFO) was founded by Vincent LaSorsa with the goal of generating awareness and seeking aid to support the needs of wounded veterans. Vinnie is the captain of the Last Mango, Jimmy Buffett’s personal sport fishing boat in Montauk, NY. Vinnie was drawn to the cause having heard harrowing stories about veterans’ wartime experiences from his combat veteran younger brother, 1st Lt. Joe LaSorsa. The support from Jimmy Buffett, including use of his boat, has enabled Vinnie to bring more veterans and their families out on the water. Held nationwide, FFO events create a safe space for injured veterans to experience unique, once-in-a-lifetime outdoor activities and excursions.
