Minnetonka, Minnesota – Effective immediately, Dan “DQ” Quinn has been promoted to Director of Field Promotions for Rapala USA from Field Promotions Manager.
Quinn has grown, full steam ahead into his current role, leading the company’s National Rapala Pro Staff, as well as the company’s regional pro staff, guides, and key influencers around the country.
Quinn also serves as a key brand ambassador for Rapala USA. He manages Rapala’s day-to-day PR with its top media partners, working closely with Lindner Media, Wired2Fish, and George Poveromo and the World of Saltwater Fishing, to name just a few. In his new role as director of field promotions, “DQ,” as his friends call him, will assume responsibility as a key R&D Specialist for Rapala USA – integrating closely on key projects with the company’s Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams.

Quinn, who joined Rapala USA in 2011, has more than 20 years of experience in the sport fishing industry. He will continue to work with key staff within Rapala USA throughout the country on regional marketing efforts and key product initiatives.
