NMMA continues to highlight the top states for recreational boating-related economic impact based on the recently released data from a 2023 economic impact study, which measured the U.S. recreational boating industry’s total economic activity as well number of jobs supported.
Ranked 19th in the U.S. for recreational boating economic impact is Pennsylvania. Recreational boating in Pennsylvania has more than $4.5 billion in annual economic impact and supports over 16,300 jobs.
