Waypoint TV, the leading outdoor streaming television network and media platform, today announced the promotions of two longtime leaders as the company continues to expand its distribution, programming, and business development efforts.

Katherine Elliott has been promoted to Vice President of Media Operations & Distribution.

Since joining Waypoint, Elliott has played a critical role in building and operating the company’s streaming infrastructure, overseeing content operations, programming, platform distribution, analytics, and day-to-day media operations. In her expanded role, she will continue overseeing Waypoint’s media operations and distribution efforts while playing an increasingly strategic role in platform partnerships, distribution strategy, and helping drive operational excellence across the business.

Graig Hale has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development & Programming.

Hale has been instrumental in growing Waypoint’s relationships with content creators, brand partners, and industry stakeholders throughout the outdoor space. He has also played a key role in programming development and network growth. In his expanded role, he will continue leading business development efforts while taking on a larger leadership role across programming strategy, creator partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives.

“Graig and Katherine have each played an important role in building Waypoint into what it is today,” said Builder Brock, Founder & CEO of Waypoint. “They’re both high-capacity leaders who have earned the trust of our team and  partners through years of hard work and consistent execution. These promotions reflect the impact they’ve already had and the leadership they’ll continue to provide as Waypoint enters its next stage of growth.”

The announcements come ahead of ICAST 2026, where Waypoint will meet with creators, brand partners, and industry leaders to discuss new opportunities across content distribution, creator partnerships, audience growth, and brand engagement.
