ASA’s Mike Waine Briefs Congress on Issues Surrounding Proposed Vessel Speed Restriction
Last week, ASA’s Mike Waine participated in a Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation briefing for congressional staffers and members of Congress on issues surrounding NOAA Fisheries’ proposed speed vessel restriction and how the regulation could negatively impact recreational fishing.
