Featuring a floating body paired with a precision-tuned diving lip, the LipStick Shadd runs just below the surface in 18 inches of water or less to help keep it from snagging the bottom. At the core of the Berkley LipStick Shadd is its hybrid floating design, which allows the bait to respond to a variety of retrieves. Anglers can twitch the bait to create an erratic presentation, walk it below the surface, swim it with a straight retrieve or walk it across the surface by raising the rod tip. This range of action gives anglers multiple ways to present the bait as water depth, conditions and fish behavior change.
